Mr. James Shultz, one of the victims of this sad accident was well known in Marshall. He was a member of the Mercantile firm of S E Hollabaugh and Schultz, owning a half interest in the store. His home was at Bruno, Marion County, where his aged mother now resides. His father died a short time ago. His brother, Floyd is clerking in the store here. The deceased was 27 years old, and married.

Mr. Shultz was married a few months ago to Miss Rosa Brown, of this place. The remains arrived in Marshall, Wednesday and were taken to the home of the bereaved wife's parents, Mr. and Mrs. T E Brown one mile east of town. The funeral was held Thursday afternoon in the Marshall Cemetery, amid a large attendance of sorrowing relatives and friends.
