Deceased was born near New Braunfels, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Christian Forshage. With the exception of three years when he lived at Waring he spent his life in this immediate area.
The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon from the family residence with interment in Riverside Cemetery. Rev. T. M. Jacssen conducted the services.
Mr. Forshage is survived by his wife; five sons, Fritz(?), Edwin, Walter, Alex and Sam; one daughter, Mrs. Ida Schumann; five brothers, Ferdinand, August, Adolph, Otto and Louis, five sisters, Mrs. Sophie Rumpel, Mrs. Gottfried Ja?er, Mrs. Anna Goettinger, Mrs. Ed Lindemann and Mrs. W? Jung.
