Mrs. Willers was born in Chula, Mo., and lived in Burlington, Kan., before moving to Independence in 1968. She lived in Napoleon, Mo., from 1970 until returning to Independence in 1980. Survivors include a son, Larry Willers, Independence; two brothers, Robert Frakes, Independence, and Melvin Frakes, Kansas City; two sisters, Margie Roesing, Blue Springs, and Dorothy Williams, Kansas City; two grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
