Jerry Ann Hafley, 65, Lebanon, died Aug. 23, 2008, in Campbellsville after an illness. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Paul Brown and Marie Mason; a daughter, Linda Hafley; and a sister, Mary Reardon.

Survivors include: four sons, Dale and Buck Hafley of Lebanon, John Hafley of Harrodsburg and Bobby Brown of Loretto; three brothers, Roy and Paul Ray Brown, both of Campbellsville, and Welby Newton of Gravel Switch; two sisters, Anna Mason of Lebanon and Faye Tungate of Campbellsville; and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at noon Aug. 28 at Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home, Lebanon, with burial in Old Liberty Cemetery, Bradfordsville. Rev. Ricky Shannon officiated. Pallbearers were J.J. Reardon, Charles Anthony Yantis, Patrick Whitlock, Brian Garrett, William Chad Wagoner and Paul Dyer. Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements
