"According to ROLLER family records, JACOB ROLLER FORGEY, the son of Andrew and Anna Roller Forgey, in 1852 alongside some of his brothers went from Indiana to Oregon by covered wagon. His mother, Anna Roller, was born in Lee county, Virginia (before Scott county was formed) and married there to Andrew Forgey on 15 October 1816. Later they moved to Jackson county, Indiana."
