Elsa Fae Price White passed away peacefully on August 23, 2008 at CareSource Hospice in Holladay, Utah with her family by her side.

Born November 12, 1925 in West Jordan, Utah to Roy Leslie Price and Edith Ellen Steadman Price. Elsa was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had a deep and abiding love for her Heavenly Father. She served faithfully in several callings, but teaching the Blazers in Primary was her favorite. She married her sweetheart William Henry White on August 18, 1948 in the Salt Lake Temple. Together, they just celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. Elsa loved it when all her family would come to visit, filling the house to overflowing. She especially loved having her grandchildren and great-grandchildren come and give her their special tight hugs. She enjoyed reading and working crossword puzzles. She loved to just get in the car and travel, especially to Yellowstone Park, which was her favorite vacation spot. She always said she hadn't been on vacation until she had been to Yellowstone.

Elsa is survived by her husband and their six children: Lamar (Jeannie) White and Sherman (Pam) White, both of Bluffdale, Utah; Linda (Vaughn) Weston, Kearns, Utah; Loraine White, Bluffdale, Utah; Pam (Joe) Bradshaw, Taylorsville, Utah; Paul White, Duchesne, Utah; 18 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren; and also by four sisters, Charlotte Zupan, Vonda Myler, Ella Brundage and Janice Egbert. She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, fours sisters, a daughter-in-law and a great-grandson.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 29, 2008 at 11 a.m. at the Bluffdale LDS Stake Center, 14400 South 2700 West. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State Street on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and at the Stake Center on Friday one hour prior to services.
Interment: Bluffdale City Cemetery.
