Delores H. (Gary) Garrison, 62, Copperas Cove, Texas. Died at 11 a.m. Monday at the Veterans' Administration Hospital in Temple, Texas. He had been in ill health several years.
Mr. Garrison had been a resident of Connersville prior to moving to Coperas Cove five years ago.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Garrison, whom he married in December of 1976 in Shelbyville; three daughters, Mrs. Bruce (Penny) Blain and Mrs. William (Patty) Herndon, both of Coperas Cove and Polly McFall of Terre Haute; four sons, Phillip of Seymour, Gary Lee of Shelbyville, Richard of Coperas Cove, and Robert McFall of Terre Haute; a sister, Mrs. Marion (Eulala) Keller of Punta Gorda, Fla.; a half-sister, Nellie Perin of Palo Alto, Calif., and several grand-children.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Maxine Glisson Garrison, one brother, one sister, a stepson and three half-brothers, Harry, Roy and Frank Garrison.
Grave side services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Orange North Cemetery with Rev. Kenneth W. Chandler officiating. Thompson-Brown-Urban Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. There will be no public visitation.
