Remembered as beautiful and lively, Arizona Evans "Arrie" was a daughter of Edward Thomas Evans (1832-1897) and Caroline Haseltine Quillen Evans (1845-1928). She grew up in Denton County, Texas, where she met and married William D Curbow on May 20th 1900. Tragically, she died a few short months after their marriage and family stories tell us that she was accidentally burned, and died at her mother's home from the complications.
