Gary Lynn Phelps, age 61, of Worthington, Minnesota, died Saturday, October 4, 2003, at his home.
He was born May 25, 1942 in Salt Lake City, to Orval Kemp and Florence (Jacobson) Phelps. He married Linda Johnson August 9, 1963; she died in 1975. He then married Eileen Searle on May 14, 1976.
He is survived by his wife; children Jan (Gordon) Sanderson, Paula (Ricky) Arsenault, Angela (Todd) Lewis, Keith (Audra) Phelps, Richelle (Michael) Monson, Jennifer (Aaron) Titus, Richard, Nicole, Alisha, and Karisaa Phelps; six grandchildren; three brothers and three sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Dale Phelps, and wife Linda Phelps.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Oct. 11, 2003, at 1:00 p.m. in the Orem Sunset Heights Stake Center, 400 West 1260 South. A viewing will be held Friday, Oct. 10, from 6-8 p.m., at the Wing Mortuary, 118 East Main in Lehi, and Saturday at the church from 11:00 a.m. until time of services. Interment will be at South Jordan Cemetery at 4:00 p.m.
