Susan was born in Salisbury Township, Lancaster County, PA. to John and Catherine Myers. Her father was a well-to-do farmer and Justice of the Peace. She was married to Joseph Bidden, Jr.
They raised seven children who lived out of infancy: Sarah, Amos, Silas, Lewis, Joseph Franklin, Emma, and Mary.
Her obit shown below lists 9 children. The two others were Rees(1844-1852) and Mary (1850-1855) who appears on the stone erected for Joseph SR by Joseph Franklin. Rees appeared in the family in the 1850 census but not in 1860. Mary did not appear in any census due to her lifespan. There is a record in the NJ and PA town records available from Ancestry.

In 1900 she was living with her son Joseph's family in Reading, PA. Source: Her father's will, John Myers, A-2-352 on file at the Lancaster County Court House; and US Federal Census records.
Their son, Lewis A died in 1912 intestate in Reading, PA. His estate papers show this.

Obituary Notes - Susan Bidden nee Myers, was born in Salisbury township, Lancaster Co. Pa, Oct 24 1818, and died in Reading Dec. 8, 1901, aged 83Y. 1M. and 14D. She was married to Joseph Bidden in 1842, who preceded her in death many years ago. Five sons and 4 daughters were born to them. The family tree was spread by these to 18 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Mother Bidden was a spiritually-minded woman, and greatly enjoyed the prayers of pastors and friends who visited her during her years of confinement to the house. For 40 years she was a consistent member of the Presbyterian Church. She died in full hope of the resurrection and so leaves to her children, some of whom are members of our Grace church, Reading, and Christ church, Philadelphia the blessed legacy of a good character. Funeral services were held in Reading and at Honey Brook Presbyterian church. The New Holland Clarion Provided By Ruth George
