Charles T. Donner was born near Springfield, Ill., on January 28, 1861. He had been in failing health for over a year as a result of an attack of infuenza.
he was united in marriage October 4, 1882, to Ida I. Moser, who survives him. To this union were born, james A. Donner, Pawnee, Ill.; Bessie M. Woods, Taylorville, Ill.; Arthur A. Donner, Edinburg.; Vallie Taylor, Edinburg, Ill.; two brothers, George A. Donner, Rocky Ford, Colo., Irvin Donner of Springfield; and five grandchildren, all of whom survive him.
