Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Elmhurst Cemetery in Guymon with the Rev. Deborah Hollifield, pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Guymon, officiating. Arrangements are by Henson-Novak Funeral Home.
Mrs. France was born June 9, 1917, on the family farm in Texas County to J. Earl and Rosa Emma Henning Dixon. She was united in marriage to Russell N. France on Sept. 12, 1939, in Los Angeles.
Survivors include a son, Ron France of Liberty, Mo.; her grandchildren and stepgrandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Earlene Howell and Bonnie Winter; and four brothers, John Dixon, Oral Dixon and Gerald Dixon, all of Guymon, and Earnest Dixon of Alva.
The family suggests memorials be to Dunaway Manor; or Panhandle Area Sheltered Workshop (PASW), in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box 1306, Guymon, OK 73942.
