Robert Hill Bandy
Robert H. Bandy, 86, resident of Wilbur since 1888, died at his home Sunday of a heart attack and paralytic stroke, after an illness of 10 days.
He was a native of North Carolina and came to Wilbur before advent of the railroad. He acquired considerable farm land and was reputed one of the best farmers in the region until he retired some years ago.
A charter member of Tuscan Masonic lodge, that organization had charge of the services at the grave Tuesday afternoon, following the funeral at the home. Pall bearers were George, Robert E. and Edward Bandy, Dr G. M. Yount and Bernard Sorensen, Wilbur, and Norman Sorensen, Yakima.
Survivors are his widow, four sons, 22 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
