Evelyn M. Hall, the wife of a former Hermiston resident, died July 16, 1985 at the Auburn Nursing Center, Auburn, Wash. She was 64.
Mrs. Hall was born Dec 4, 1920, in Pendleton, and was raised in Pendleton and La Grande. She married Edward E. Hall, a native of Hermiston, on Aug.5,1940, and the couple moved to Yakima in 1950.
Mrs. Hall worked as a bookkeeper for several firms until her retirement in 1979, when the couple moved to the Seattle-Tacoma area. She lived in Federal Way, Wash. at the time of her death. She was a member of the Englewood Christian Church.
Mrs. Hall is survived by one son, Edward E. "Gene" Hall Jr. of Yakima; one daughter, Mrs Philip (Gisele) Blanton of Federal Way, Wash; and five granddaughters.
Funeral services will be held at 11a.m. Friday, July 19, in the Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel in Yakima. Burial will follow at the West Hills Memorial Park, Yakima.
