A native of Republic, Kan., Mrs. Disney was a resident of Hebron, Hardy, Guide Rock and Superior for the past 18 years.
Surviving are a son, Benjamin, Superior; two brothers, Floyd Hayes of Hebron and Frank Hayes, Pasadena, Calif.; three sisters, Bessie Stradley of Republic, Mrs. Rubin Manning (Mary) of Seattle, Wash., and Betty Sterm of California; 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Mary M. Disney, daughter of George B. Hayes and Maude Wood Hayes, was born December 23, 1904, on a farm near Republic, died March 21, 1981, at the Brodstone Memorial Nuckolls County Hospital, in Superior, at the age of 76 years, two months and 25 days.
She attended school at Hebron. She has lived in Hebron Hardy, Guide Rock and Superior.
She was a member of the Wesleyan Church in Superior for 30 years.
On August 7, 1924 she was united in marriage to Robert Levi Disney, at Belleville. To this union two children were born.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on May 13, 1963; her daughter, Marie Gray; two brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by a son, Benjamin Disney of Superior; two brothers, Floyd Hayes of Hebron and Frank Hayes of Pasadena, Calif.; three sisters, Bessie Stradley of Republic, Mrs. Rubin (Mayh) Manning of Seattle, Wash., Mrs. Betty Sterm of California; 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
Services were held March 25 from the Megrue-Price Funeral Home Chapel in Superior, with Rev. James Brackett officiating. Burial was in the Hardy Cemetery, Hardy.
