Mrs. O. V. Younts Dies

Mrs. Mollie B. Younts, 72, of 174 North Miami Street, died at 7:10 o'clock Wednesday morning at her home of complications, after a six days' illness.

She was born June 25, 1878 in Hoovers, Indiana, daughter of Erford and Lydia (Townsend) Richardson. She married A. W. Nell in 1898. He died in 1921. She married O. V. Younts, August 4, 1944, who survives.

Other survivors are two sons, William Nell of Peru and Chester Nell of Danville, Illinois; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Schneling of Wabash; four brothers, Jess, Herman, Oscar, and Ed Richardson of Peru; a sister, Mrs. Rhoda Drake of Peru; 13 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

The body is at the Drake-Flowers funeral home where friends may call after 10 o'clock Thursday morning.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the funeral home with the Rev. Lee Jackson officiating.

Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

Mary B. Yonts, 72, died in 1950 in Peru, Miami County, Indiana. She was the daughter of Erford Calant Richardson and Lydia Elizabeth Townsend (Richardson). She had six siblings: two older brothers (Franklin 1974-1950) and (Jesse Rufus Richardson 1877-1958) , a younger sister (Rhoda O Richardson Shively Drake 1884-1952) and three younger brothers (Oscar Howard Richardson 1890-1959, Herman Richardson 1891-1972, and Richard E. Richardson 1892-1976).

She married Abraham William Nell, Jr. on October 19, 1899 in Miami County, Indiana. To this happy union, they had five children: Ethel Mae Nell (Kinsey), William H. Nell (1900-1965), Catherine Nell (Shmeling (1902-1980), Chester A. Nell (1907-1975), and Lenora W. Nell.

After Abraham died, she married the widower Oliver V. Younts to which they resided in Peru, Miami County, Indiana until her death.

She was buried at Mount Hope Cemetery in Peru, Miami County, Indiana.
