Earl J. Huber, 81, of New Port Richey, formerly of Springfield, died Thursday, April 8, 2004, at his home.

He was born in Coffeen. He married Carolyn Kespelher.

Mr. Huber was employed at Fiatallis Construction and Machinery Inc.

He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in New Port Richey, Fla.

Survivors: wife, Carolyn; son, Steven C. Huber of LaGrange, Ky.; daughter, Debra L. Cahill of Dover, Ohio; brother, Glen Huber of St. Louis; two sisters, Floricence Schraut and Rita Brown, both of Hillsboro; and five grandchildren.

Graveside services: 3:30 p.m. Friday, June 4, Roselawn Memorial Park, the Rev. Charles Olander officiating.

North/Meadowlawn Funeral Home in New Port Richey, Fla., handled the Florida arrangements.
