Eugenia was born in Cleveland, Ohio. The third child of Thomas and Katarzyna Macioch. She had four sisters; Mary, Anna, Katherine and Helen. She married Michael Albert Funtash in 1937 and later divorced. They had four children; Elaine, Sandra, Michael and Robert. In 1958 she married Jack Wilson Cook. They remained married until his death in 1970. After her husband's death, Eugenia moved to Ft. Worth, Texas to be near her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Jack Barnett. Years later and in failing health she was moved to the Alta Mesa Nursing Home in Ft. Worth where after a short illness she passed away. Eugenia was flown to Cleveland, Ohio to be buried beside her beloved husband, Jack. Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
