Wife of Tide M. Sears. The Indiana Marriage Collection shows that Glennie Roach married Tide M. Sears on February 6, 1889 in Hendricks County, Indiana.

Her obituary from the May 22, 1958 Republican:

Mrs. Glen R. [R for Roach] Sears, age 89, life-long resident of Hendricks County and member of the second graduating class of Danville High School, died early Monday morning at her home here [Danville]. Born February 28, 1869, she was the daughter of Jeremiah Roach and Ann Tinder Roach. She had lived in Center Township since 1922. On their 69th wedding anniversary, February 6, Mr. and Mrs. Sears received congratulatory letters from Governor Handley and other state officials. A member of the Danville Christian Church, Mrs. Sears belonged to the East Center Home Economics Club, the Narcissus Club, the Fellow Helpers of the Christian Church, and was an honorary member of the Marion Township Home Economics Club. She was formerly a member of the Pythian Sisters. Services were yesterday from the Weaver Funeral Home, Rev. George Smith officiating. Burial followed in the South Cemetery. Surviving are the husband, Tide; two daughters, Helen E. Moroney of Denver, Colorado, and Iva Walls of Indianapolis; one son, G. E. Sears of Indianapolis; a sister, Ida Stevens of Danville; and a brother, Herndon Roach of Forest Grove, Oregon; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchldren.
