Mrs Amanda Goldsberry, wife of Thomas Goldsberry, died at 5:15 o'clock This morning at the Soldiers' Home from a complication of diseases. Her health had been impaired for six years and she went to the home fourteen months ago. She was born in Clinton county, this state, 71 years ago and her maiden name was Amanda J Squires, and she was married to Mr Goldsberry in Frankfort, September 7, 1872. For many years Mrs Goldsberry resided at Battle Ground and she was an earnest member of the U B Church at Liberty Chapel. She was an estimable woman and died rich in the respect of all who knew her. Besides the husband she leaves one son, Walter Goldsberry, of Campbellsburg, Indiana. She also leaves two sisters, Mrs Lib Talbert, of Thorntown, and Mrs Belle Ennis of Frankfort. The body was prepared for burial at the Evans Parlors and the funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Soldiers' home.
