Dolores McCleery Litson, our loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother passed away on September 3, 2005 in Murray, Utah at the age of 83.
Born October 18, 1922 to Eva R. Forbush and Walter E. McCleery in Murray, Utah. Married Richard L. Litson on June 18, 1940 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Mom spent her married life of 65 years living in Murray, Utah, enjoying family gatherings, crafts, and traveling to Arizona in the winter with dad.
She is survived by four generations of family loved ones. Her husband Richard (Roy) Litson. Her children Rick Litson, Marsha (Ken) Nichols, Sue Litson, Sandy (Jerry) Pearce, nine grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and four and a half great great grandchildren. Siblings, Ruby Barker, Lamont McCleery and Neal McCleery. Preceded in death by her parents and one brother Kenneth McCleery.
A special thanks to her daughter Sandy, for the loving care of our mother's daily needs.
Funeral services will be held Thursday September 8, 2005 at 11 a.m. at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State St., where friends and family may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to service. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East 10600 South.
