Sarah Lorraine Smith of 88719 Fountain Road, Elmira, passed away February 18, 1979 at the age of 81. She was born September 26, 1897 in Myrtle Point, Oregon and was married in Coquille, Oregon to Ross Smith.
She is survived by her husband, Ross of Elmira, 3 children: LaVella Garber, Ross E. Smith, Jr., both of Eugene and Elmer H. Smith of Beaver, Washington; 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandson, Zackery Garber and 1 great granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Smith. Graveside memorial services will be Wednesday, February 21, at 10 a.m. in Oak Hill Cemetery, 88558 Oak Hill Cemetery Road, Eugene. Chapel of Memories Funeral Home, 3745 West 11th Avenue, Eugene, in charge of arrangements.
