Samuel DeHaven "Sam" Weakley, 74 years of age, of Shelby County, Kentucky, departed this life on July 14th, 1956.

Sam was born on November 3rd, 1881, son of the late Adriel and Annie Eliza Weakley.

Sam was survived by his wife, Lucille Thompson Weakley; and a host of other family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Adriel Weakley and Annie Eliza Weakley.

Burial was in the Bagdad Cemetery in Shelby County, Kentucky.

THIS IS A TRIBUTE IN MEMORY OF SAM,

1 Thessalonians 4. 16-18
(King James Version)

16. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

18. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
