The funeral of Gertrude, wife of George Drakeford, was held this afternoon from the home of her father, Lewis C Cowell, 46 Perrine Avenue. Mrs Drakeford died Friday. She was 27 years old. Interment was made at Riverview Cemetery under the direction of James C Taylor & Son.

Gertrude Drakeford, wife of George Drakeford and daughter of Lewis C and Charles [thus] Cowell, died yesterday of typhoid fever aged 27 years. James C Taylor & Sons will have charge of the funeral. The arrangements are not yet made. Mrs Drakeford was a niece of Mrs Sarah J Seabridge who death was announced yesterday.
