Aunt Bea was the last surviving child of the late General Walter W. Williams, the last surviving soldier of the American Civil War. She was a member, "real daughter" and past officer of the Daughters of the Confederacy. Aunt Bea is survived by her niece, Dorothy Gurganus and her family, her loving daughters and children of the confederacy, and many other family members.
