Catherine Neta, age 67, a resident of Spooner, Wisconsin, and formerly of Colstrip, MT, died at her residence on Tuesday, July 01, 2008.
Catherine H. Yeager was born on January 13, 1941, in Mountain Top, PA, to parents Donald and Catherine (Miller) Yeager. She worked for Montana Power in Colstrip, MT as an account and secretary for 15 years. On December 13, 1980, she was united in marriage to James Neta in Forsythe, MT. When the couple moved from Montana, they lived in Ladysmith, WI until 1998 when they moved to Turtle Lake, WI, and moved to Spooner in 2005. Catherine enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, flowers, birds, the outdoors, puzzles and cards. She also liked to crochet or knit afghans and blankets.
Catherine is survived by her husband Jim of Spooner, daughters: Linda Hall of Spooner, WI, Donna (Jarrod) Broadus of Colstrip, MT, grandchildren: Angel Hall of Spooner, WI, Jamie, Blayne, and Taylor Broadus of Colstrip, MT, Jonathan West of Spooner, WI, and Charla West of Ft. Worth, TX, brother Donald Yeager of Oregon, and sister Luanne Caruso of Oakland NJ.
Catherine is preceded in death by her parents, son Earl Jonathan West, and sister Beverly Aquilino.
A time of gathering will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2008, from 1-2 pm, at the Dahl Funeral Home in Spooner, WI, with a time reflection at 2 pm officiated by Tom Terrill. Interment will follow at the Clam River Cemetery. Casket Bearers will be Jonathan West, Angel Hall, Jarrod, Jamie, and Blayne Broadus.

Note: Catherine is buried next to her son, Earl Jonathan West.
