October 22, 1878, Macon Weekly Telegraph: Jasper County, Georgia: Whereas William C. Leverett, guardian of Nancy R. Farrar, formerly Nancy R. Turk, represents to the court in his petition, duly filed and entered on record, that he has fully settled with his ward. This is to therefore cite persons interested to show cause if they can, why said William C. Leverett should not be discharged from the guardianship and receive letters of dismission on the first Monday in November 1878. [William C. Leverett would have been her uncle]
