Services for Wallace Bean, 80, Ventura, will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at A.M. Gamby Mortuary, 25001 Narbonne Ave., Lomita, Calif.
Mr. Bean died Tuesday at home. He was born July 29, 1902, in Pasadena, and was a 30-year resident of the county. He was manager of Blairs Restaurant in Ventura for 28 years.
He is survived by brothers William of Lomita and Herman of Mariposa; sister Myrtle Newton of Oakdale; sister-in-law Rena Bean of Lomita; and many nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the City of Hope.
