Frank Baldwin died Saturday night at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Baldwin, after a long illness of tuberculosis. His health began to fail about four years ago and he went to the Adirondacks in the hope of overcoming the disease that had attacked him. He spent a year there and then returned to his home here. For some time past his condition had been serious. He was a telegraph operator and learned the trade under the late E.D. Coats, manager of the Postal office. For some time he was employed in the Western Union office in New York. He was 30 years of age and unmarried. He is survived by his parents, two brothers, and two sisters, Dr. William J. Baldwin of Potsdam, Charles Baldwin of Kansas City, Mrs. Patrick Casey of Berlin, N.H. and Miss Mary Baldwin of New York city. The deceased was born in this city and attended St. Mary's academy. He possessed a genial and kindly personality and had many friends who will regret to hear of his death and who will extend their sympathy to the sorrowing family. The funeral will be held tomorrow morning at 8:30 from the house and at 9 o'clock at St. Mary's cathedral.
