Services for Isaiah Wilson “Uncle Wils” Copeland, 79, were held at Tonk Valley Cemetery officiated by Rev. V.A. Roark. Mr. Copeland died at the family home on Virginia Street in Graham

Mr. Copeland was a well-known rancher, he moved to Young County in 1888. As a young man, he came to Young County and for a number of years engaged in ranching in Young and Stephens Counties. He moved to Graham in 1918.

Survived by his wife; six children - Mrs. J.H. Stone, Mrs. W.B. Correll, Mrs. Bessie Jones, S.E. Copeland, Mrs. Mina Wyatt, Miss Bertha Copeland; 26 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one sister - Mrs. Betty Clifton; nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were six grandsons - R.W. Stone, Harvey E. Stone, Earl Correll, Edgar Stone, Jim Vernon Stone, Robert Correll. The flower girls were granddaughters - Hazel Stone, Willie Belle Correll, Ora B Correll, Clara Stone and Mrs. T.B. Howard.
