Obituary: The Dodge County Citizen, Beaver Dam, WI
Mr. A. H. Armstrong, one of the oldest pioneers of Wisconsin, died at his home near Randolph on Monday, Jan. 6th, aged ninety-three years; he was Mrs. Clint Smith's father residing with them for the past ten years, when he moved from his farm in Trenton, this county, upon which he settled in 1848. He was a most estimable man, and retained his amiable qualities until his death. He was very kindly cared for by Mr. and Mrs. Smith. The funeral occurs today and burial may be in the town of Trenton.
