OBIT: Mrs. Hannah K. Shore passed away at her home in Shirleysburg on Tuesday morning, May 23, 1944. She was born in Hares Valley near Latta Grove on May 9, 1866, the daughter of James & Ann (Dell) Monihen. On March 10, 1896, she was united in marriage to George B. Shore who passed away in 1939. To this union was born one daugher who survives. She is also survived by one sister, Rhoda (Mrs. M.F. Lynn), Mapleton, and a number of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Shore was a member of the United Brethren Church of Latta Grove. The funeral service will be held at Bowman's Chapel Church on Saturday afternoon at 2:30 and interment will be made in the adjoining cemetery. Friends may call at the Green Funeral Home in Three Springs afternoon on Friday.
