Ruth A. Casciere , 35, of 7066 Barkers Road, Central Square, died Saturday at Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital.
Ms. Casciere was a former resident of Bridgeport and lived in Central Square for the past seven years with Lawrence Cain. She was a health care provider with various health care facilities in the Syracuse area and was a certified Emergency Medical Technician.
She is survived by two sons, Michael and James, both at home; her mother and stepfather, Martha and Kenneth Malloney of Sandy Creek; two brothers, David Quonce of Chittenango and Don Quonce of Pulaski; six sisters, Mary Anderson of West Monroe, Susan Henry and Sandy Quonce, both of Oswego, Martha Dillabough of Mapleview, Christine Moyer and Margaret Maloney, both of Sandy Creek; her maternal grandfather, William J. LaManche of East Syracuse; her maternal great-grandmother, Martha LaManche of Syracuse; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Delaney & Greabell Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in St. Matthew's Church. Spring burial will be in Collamer Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 241 Kinne St.
Contributions may be made to SOVAC Ambulance in Central Square.
