The three remaining children were born after the family had moved to Clear Creek Township in Richland County, Ohio, in 1830 or 1831. Those children were:

and William Thomas Foster, b.Sept 2, 1835, Richfield, Huron Co., Ohio, d.1898, Boise, Ada County, Idaho, location unk.
James Hearst Foster arrived in Oregon after he & Martha J Gray (b.Jan 15, 1825, Preble Co., Ohio) had married and headed West with other members of his family. They settled in Albany, Linn County, Oregon in 1850 as they were listed in the incredibly valuable research entitled "Emigrants to Oregon" by Stephanie Flora for the year 1850 and were also included in the 1850 Oregon Territory Census. He filed for and obtained a Donation Land Claim which he farmed, in addition to his being a Merchant in Albany, operating the dam on the Calapooya river, operating a grain mill and warehouse and being a grain dealer. He and his wife were blessed with five children:
Robert A., b.@1855, James W., b.@1857, Margaret, b.@1859, Martha Ellen, b.@1861, and George T., b.@1863. All of their children were born in Oregon.
In later years, the children helped their father in that in the 1880 Census it showed that James W. was a clerk at the warehouse, Robert A. was an accountant and Margaret was a bookkeeper for the mill.
Martha, his wife of many years, died Feb 20, 1881 and was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Albany, Linn County, Oregon. James remarried on Aug 10, 1882 to a widow, Louesa Matilda (Burkhart) Thompson. She would outlive James, as she did not die until 1907; James died June 12th, 1888 and was buried next to his 1st wife, Martha, at Riverside Cemetery in Albany. [When Louesa M. (Burkhart) Thompson, Foster died in 1907, she was buried next to her 1st husband, David Thompson, under the name of Foster.] May they all Rest in Peace in Paradise.
