He was born on June 2, 1911, to Reuben W. and Molly (Shultz) Bolinger at Miami, N.M., where he was raised and attended school. He moved to the Wenatchee Valley for a short time before returning to Miami where he completed his education, graduating from high school. He then attended junior college in Riverside, Calif.
On Aug. 23, 1939, he married Anna Mitchell at Wenatchee. They've made their home in East Wenatchee since that time. Mr. Bolinger was a longtime orchardist. In 1964, he built his first packing and cold storage facility. Later, he formed Myron Bolinger & Sons Inc. where he was president of the board for many years. He retired in 1972.
For the past 20 years, they spent the winter months at Sun Lakes, Ariz. He was a lifetime charter member of the Cascade Twirlers where he was past president. He was also past president of the North Central Square Dance Council, a member of the Sun Lakes, Ariz., Golf Club and Three Lakes Golf Club.
Survivors include his wife, Anna, of the home; three sons, Carl Bolinger, East Wenatchee, Ricky W. Bolinger, East Wenatchee, and Loren Bolinger, Everett; one daughter, Mrs. Dave (Nancy) Dahlen, East Wenatchee; one sister, Kathryn Darlington, San Ramon, Calif.; two grandsons; two granddaughters; three stepgrandchildren; and three great-grandsons.
