She had completed a 32-lesson Bible correspondence course in her later years.
She was a member of the Philadelphia Church of God.
Survivors include her brother, Emmett Hurd of Wenatchee; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Marge Weinmann.
