OAR, Ila Waleta - 71, of Roseburg, Oregon passed away Monday, July 1, 2002 in a local care center. She was born November 23, 1930 in Prosper (Bandon), Oregon. On November 10, 1949 she was married to her husband of 52 years, Derwood Oar in Roseburg. Mrs. Oar was a member of T.O.P.S. in Glide; a 50 year member of the Deer Creek Grange; and a wonderful wife and loving mother. Survivors include her husband, Derwood; three children; three brothers; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. in Oak Creek Cemetery. Pastor J.D. Stonecipher of the Glide Church of Christ will officiate.
