A soldier in the French and Indian War of 1760 and 1763.

Was a Captain in the Revolutionary War. Was captured and taken to General Burgoyne and later paroled and exchanged.

aged [75 yrs] (age worn away) Rev War

Shares stone with wife Sarah. Stone made of slate and is beginning to break apart.

About 1787 he, with 11 others, purchased a township of land of the Holland Purchase Company, which became Naples, Ontario, NY.
