Funeral Service Wednesday
Mrs. Lora Lewis
Funeral services for Mrs. Lora Blackwell Lewis, who died Friday in Palm Harbor, Florida, will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Hiwassee Baptist Church with the Revs. Doyle Doss and Ervin Carver officiating. Interment will be in church cemetery.
Mrs. Lewis was a native of McMinn County and lived near Calhoun until she moved to Palm Harbor, Florida four years ago. She was the daughter of the late John and Sarah Davis Blackwell and widow of Zollie Lewis.
Survivors include one daughter, Miss Evon Lewis, Palm Harbor, Fla,; one son, Warren of Palm Harbor, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Susie McKnight, Palm Harbor, Fla.; three brothers, Lee O. Blackwell, Charleston, and George J. Blackwell and Will Blackwell, both of Calhoun.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
The body will remain at the funeral home until the hour of service.
