Mrs. Cora Mae Wall, 70 years old lifelong resident of the Kingston community died February 11, at 1:45 a.m. She had been in failing health for some time, but virus flu was thought to be the immediate cause of her death.
The deceased was born Feb. 23, 1880 in Madison County the daughter of Madison Moore and Emeline Jackson Moore. She was married to Thomas Wall and to them were born eight children. Mr. Wall died Nov. 3, 1949.
Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Jess Carter of Marble, Mrs. Jesse Stills, Kuna, Idaho; Mrs. Bonnie Thomas, Rogers, Ark., Mrs. Irene McCarter, Newkirk, Okla.; and Mrs. Clyde Yates of Boise, Idaho; three sons, Oscar Wall of Kingston, Charlie Wall of Sunnyside, Wash., and John Wall of Rocky, Okla., and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Feb. 13, at 2 p.m. at Upper Camp Ground conducted by Rev. Auburn Green of Green Forest, with interment in the Upper Camp Ground cemetery. The Brashears Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Steve Montgomery, Fred Carter, Jess Moore, Gerald Dean Wall, Everett Wall and Jake Wall.
