Mozelle Andrews Ward

Age 87, widow of the late Jason Ward, passed away early Monday morning, April 17, 2006, at the Brown Convalescent Center.

Born December 8, 1918, in Franklin County, she was the daughter of the late Doc and Lilly Junkins Andrews. She was the widow of the late Jason Ward. She was the sister of the late Lucille Spears, Joy Adams, Osteen Murphy, and Blanche Owens. She was retired from Carwood Manufacturing. She was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church, Carnesville, Ga.

Survivors include:

Stanley P. Ward, of Atlanta, GA
Michael J. Ward, of Carnesville, GA
Five Grandchildren
Four Great-grandchildren


Funeral Services will be held Wednesday morning April 19, 2006, at 11 am at the Liberty Baptist Church with the Rev. Todd West. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

The body is at the Ginn Funeral Home and will be placed in the church at 10:30 am Wednesday morning April 19, 2006. The family will be at the home of her son, Michael Ward, 435 Hubbard Road. They will receive friends from 6 until 9 pm Tuesday evening April 18, 2006, at the funeral home.
