Mr. Pierce Pete Buckner, age 61, of Birmingham, passed away Wednesday at an Atlanta hospital. Survived by two sons, Alan Ross and Barry Buckner, two daughters, Mrs. Ingrid Uptain, Mrs. Sandra Parks, all of Birmingham, two brothers, E.M. Buckner of Birmingham, A.T. Buckner of Mt. Pleasant, Tex., three sisters, Mrs. Helen Harris and Mrs. Louise Moore, both of Birmingham, Mrs. Ada Menefee of Thorsby, Ala., three grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Graveside services and interment Friday 3:;30 p.m. at Remlap Methodist Cemetery, Rev. Willard Laney officiating. Brown Service , Norwood, directing.
