Blazek, 54 of rural Washington County who died September 5, 1991 after being injured when a compressor blew up at the Kellogg Co. plant in West Omaha. Masonic Services were under the auspices of the U.D. Lodge; F.R., Sr., W.M.



He had worked at Kellogg’s since 1976 and was an electrician in the maintenance department.



He is survived by his wife, Arlene, Omaha; a son, David P., a second lieutenant in the Air Force in California; two daughters, Julie M., Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Joy Lynn, Omaha; brothers John, St. Charles, Missouri and Don, Omaha; a sister Joyce Pietumale, Omaha; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.



Brewer-Korisko Chapel in Omaha is in charge of arrangements.
