Mr. Bigalke was born January 30, 1931, in Stevens Point Wisconsin, where he attended school.
He served from 1948 to 1974 in the U.S. Air Force. In 1974, he moved to Detroit Lakes, where he attended Northwest Technical College. He operated Art's Marine Center, Detroit Lakes, from 1978 to 1998. On March 20, 2003, he married Rozella Honcik in Rochert.
He is survived by his wife; three sons, James, Lakeville Minnesota, Eugene, Chicago, Alexander River Falls Wisconsin; two daughters, Irene Young, Seattle, Cindi Hamilton, Fargo; several brothers, several sisters; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Interment in Fort Snelling National Cemetery
