Ruby Leanna Maddron Morris, age 72, of Newport, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2008.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Maddron; parents, Warren and Bertha Campbell; sisters, Beulah Mae Benson and Betty Jo Dalton; brother, Johnny Wilson Campbell.


She is survived by her husband of Newport, son and daughter-in-law of Charleston, Tenn., daughter of Knoxville, two brothers of Newport, four sisters, ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, several special friends and other family.


Funeral services will be held 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 6, 2008, in Manes Funeral Home West Chapel, with the Rev. Scott Gorrell officiating.


Burial will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 7, 2008, in Union Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.


The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services.
