She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church of Waynesboro, the former Otterbein Sunday school class, Mount Vernon Chapter 398, Order of the Eastern Star of Waynesboro.
She is survived by one son; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Ira and Elizabeth Mentzer Blubaugh; husband, James E. Siegrist; five sisters, Dorothy Noll, Hilda Brubaker, Mary Haugh, Marie Blubaugh and Anna Monn; four brothers, Chauncey Blubaugh, Jacob Blubaugh, Merle I. Blubaugh and Henry Blubaugh; and one grandson.
