Funeral services for James Wrigg, 49 of Kennard who died Sunday, November 12, 1989, after being involved in a single vehicle accident south of Kennard, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 15 at the Campbell-Aman Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Kennard Cemetery.

James C. Wrigg was born May 31, 1940, at Kennard, Nebraska to Claus and Sophie Schumacher Wrigg. He attended the LaCrone School and graduated from Kennard High School.

He served in the United States Army for two years, including time served in Germany. He farmed nearly all his life with the exception of the last few years when he was employed by Marshall Nurseries in Arlington, Nebraska. He had a particular interest in gardening.

He was preceded in death by his father, Claus Wrigg.

He is survived by his mother, Sophie of Kennard; three sisters, Betty Reeh of Blair; Vivian Wiblishouser of Omaha; and Sharon Rayburn of Stapleton, Nebraska.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for the services.
