Lawrence Morris "Larry" True Harrell, 62, of Weatherford, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2008, in Sulpher Springs, Texas. Funeral services were 1 p.m., Saturday, April 26, at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Keith Felton officiating. Burial followed in Oakwood Cemetery under the direction of Riley Funeral Home of Hamilton.
Larry was born in San Antonio, Texas, to the late Myron Edward and Lorraine Bernice (Givens) True. When his mother died, his father's sister, Gladys, and her husband, Thomas Oliver Harrell adopted him. His name was changed to reflect his adoption.
He married Elma Rodriquez on May 6, 1994. Larry worked as a truck driver for many years and was a Baptist.
Survivors include sons, Thomas Harrell and Grayson Harrell; 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
