MRS. RUTH McCLELLAN DANIELS
Mrs. Ruth McClellan Daniels, 81, a resident of Centralia and vicinity for the past 50 years, died in Poulsbo on Tuesday.
She was born June 17, 1895, in Tenino. She resided at Ryderwood before moving to Centralia. She was a member of the Salvation Army Church, the Ladies League, the Lewis and Clark Gem Society and the Lewis County Daffodill, Lily and Iris Club.
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Burt (Beth) Gould, Anderson, Calif.; Mrs. Fred (Ruth) Marino, Seattle; Mrs. Ernest (Jaxine) Aust, Centralia; and Mrs. JoAnne Neva, Centralia; four sons, Howard Daniels, Poulsbo; George Daniels, Wyoming; Jim Daniels, Curtis; and John Daniels of Castle Rock; one sister, Mrs. Edith Schafer, Poulsbo; 24 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday, 11 a.m., at Newell-Hoerling's Chapel with Capt. Gordon Grundahl officiating. Interment will follow at the Forest Grove Cemetery, Tenino.
