MRS. HAZEL NUSRALA DIED AT BLAIR SATURDAY, JUNE 24

Mrs. Hazel Ansine Nusrala, a native of Kennard who has been living in Omaha, died last Saturday, June 24th at Memorial Community Hospital.

Mrs. Nusrala, who husband had preceded her in death, was a payroll clerk at the United Storage and Battery Company in Omaha. Her husband was the late George Nusrala.

She was born at Kennard July 20, 1912 and was 59 years of age at her death. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Christian W. Hansen who will be remembered by a number of the older residents of the community.

She is survived by four sisters and one brother. The sisters are Mrs. Otto (Olga) Boock, of Herman; Mrs. LaVerne (Lola) Rahlfs, of Blair; Mrs. Joe (Ruth) Konvalin, of Weber, Kansas; and Mrs. Gilbert (Bertha) Hall of Wheatridge, Colorado. Clyde Hansen, of Omaha, is a brother.

Funeral services were held at the First Lutheran Church Tuesday, June 27th with the Rev. Robert Albers conducting the service. Burial under the direction of Campbell Mortuary was made in the Kennard cemetery. Pallbearers were Clyde Hansen, Jr., David Pritchard, Jr., Rodney Rahlfs, Ronald Konvalin, Cary Hall and Lyle Crone.
